Membership Special Terms & Conditions

1. The membership fee is for one calendar year.

2. 1 point is worth approximately £10

3. Points can be purchased in “blocks” of 10.

4. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) is payable on all points purchased.

5. All bookings that are paid for using points are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions.

6. All bookings must be accompanied by a security deposit of between £2,000 and £10,000 (dependant upon the car) payable using a valid credit card.

7. Points can be carried over from one membership year to the next but if the membership is discontinued then all remaining points are forfeited.

8. Cleared funds must be received before the anniversary of membership in order to renew and to retain points purchased.

9. Delivery and collection cannot be paid for in points and must be paid in advance.

10. Delivery and collection will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%)

11. The more points purchased at any one time, the greater the discount available (see table below):

12. Complimentary delivery and collection is only available on hires that command a points charge of more than 200 points.

13. Mileage allowances per booking are shown on the points list. Any excess mileage will be charged at the indicated rate. This rate can be discounted by pre-paying for excess mileage.

14. Upon making a booking, we will deduct 20 points from the user’s account as a booking fee. If the booking is cancelled our Standard Terms and Conditions apply to the booking fee with £10 equal to 1 point.

15. We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent car for the “Free Weekend” in a Ferrari F430 F1 Coupe.

16. The “Free Weekend” in a Ferrari is subject to availability and Churchillsupercars reserve the right to specify the available weekends for this offer.

17. Membership packs, including website login details, will be sent out within 28 days of date of commencement of membership.

18. Priority booking of new cars: Carte Blanche members will all be informed simultaneously of the arrival of a new car and bookings will be taken on a strictly “first come, first served” basis. Carte Blanche members will be given 7 days to book the vehicle before booking is opened to the general public.

19. Exact cars and arrival dates of new cars are non-contractual and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

20. If required, written confirmation of order from the dealer can be supplied if this is a barrier to membership.
